I've been in the wellness business for over 25 years, basically breathing health, beauty and wellness for a very long time. I am also a certified health coach and have taught meditation classes. I have worked with hundreds and thousands of women throughout the years and have extensive experience in it, both in helping others and not least in helping myself through the ups and downs of life. I'd say that the most valuable experience is a result of personal growth.
I often get asked for advice on a variety of wellness-related topics so I thought it might be a good idea to host an online Q & A where I answer your questions related to wellness, and how to get back on your feet after a downfall, whether it be physical, emotional or financial. I've had my ups and down in life, but I can certainly say that, even during the dark times, with very few options or any hope for positive change ahead, believe me - things will appear brighter sooner than you think as long as you take really good care of yourself. That has been my experience.

I have something I call my wellness toolbox that can help you get back on your feet and also help you look after yourself on a daily basis. It is never too late to start investing in yourself - good things are bound to happen. Let the healing begin.
