This smoothie is full of goods for you and will keep you full for a while.  Purple is my favorite color, therefor I call this one "Purple Beauty" - it is super good for you on the inside and out.
As a breakfast it´s a great way to start the day, it fills you with lots of wonderful nutrients and energy as you are feeing your body (and mind) with protein, healthy fats and carbs.
I recommend drinking it within an hour of getting up, to set you right for the day. It´s also a good lunch if you dont have much time. This recipe is for one person.

Purple Beauty
500 ml water
1 tablespoon (serving) of vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen bluberries
A handful ice cubes

Put all in a blender and blend until silky smooth.
